Detailed Itinerary :

1) Delhi Safdarjung Railway Station : This is the place from where your journey begins. A warm welcomes awaits you as you reach the station.

2) Jaipur : In Jaipur the sightseeing tour will include a visit to Hawa Mahal. Also, known as Palace of Winds, this semi- octagonal edifice is an erstwhile regal residence of royal ladies. You will arrive at the Pink City at around 03: 30 hrs. The Air Conditioned Coach will take you the most famous places of Pink City - The Hawa Mahal. This Wind Palace sparkling with Semi - Octagonal Sandstone Windows is a awe to see. From here you will be taken to the Amber Fort where Elephant Ride still remains one of the main attractions. Post lunch visit to City Palace is availed which is followed by a visit to Jantar Mantar a royal observatory built by Sawai Jai Singh II. You can shop at the Palace Market outside the City Palace Museum. From here back to the Railway Station watching the city lights. It will be 19:30 hrs till you reach the Palace on Wheels.

3) Jaisalmair : The sightseeing tour in the city of Thar Desert takes the passengers to various scrupulously fretted mansions or havelis. The yellow Sandstone Fort is a charm to see. You will also get to see some of the most beautiful Havelis/ Mansions of Jaisalmer. Nathmalji-ki-haveli, Patwon-ki-haveli and Salim Singh-ki-haveli are some of the famous Havelis of Jaisalmer which stand tall to this date with their grand facades. Travelers are escorted to Rajasthali at Jaisalmer which is the only Government emporium exhibiting beauteous pattu shawls, famous embroidered articles, silver jewellery and mirror work. An exciting camel ride on the sand dunes of Sam is scheduled for the evening. In the local market you can shop for pattu shawls, mirror and embroided articles, wooden boxes, trinklets, silver jewellery and other such items. The lunch will be on board after which you will be taken for a camel safari in the sand dunes of the Jaisalmer Desert. The evening tea shall be from the Trains Chef while the dinner will be at a Five Star Hotel.

4) Jodhpur : In Jodhpur the sightseeing tour will include first a visit to the famous landmark of the city, Mehrangarh Fort. After a peaceful and comfortable night sleep in your coach room, wake up to fresh tea/ coffee. You will reach Jodhpur at an early hour of 7: 00 am. Visit to grand palaces present inside the fort is scheduled on this day including visit to Moti Mahal, Sheeh Mahal, Phool Mahal, Sileh Khana and Daulat Khana examples of magnificent architecture. fter a rift in the local market where you can buy the embroided silk, dyed colored indian saris, mojaris or jootis, silverware, miniature paintings; hop on the coach which takes you back to the Palace on Wheels. Enjoy the lunch on board as the royal carnage leaves at sharp 15:30 hrs.

5) Sawai Madhopur : On arrival at Sawai Modhopur travellers are taken for a wildlife safari in Ranthambhor National Park. Covering an area of 392 sq. kms Ranthambore National Park is home to a wide variety of carnivorous population. Spend the entire day here watching the Jackals, Hyenas, Tigers, Birds. In the evening after a refreshing tree at the Wildlife Cottage, get on the coach which will take you to the local markets of Ranthambore. Here you can buy the local Indian Artificial Jewellery and Costumes. The train departs from here at 10:30 p.m.


6) Chittaurgarh : The sightseeing tour of this city includes visit to renowned Chittaurgarh Fort to explore its regal premises indulging in complete classic splendor. Watch out a generation passing by as you these vivid images in the form of paintings and sculptures in the Royal Fort of Chittoragarh. You will reach Chittoragarh at 16:00 hrs and leave 5: 30 a.m. the next day.



7) Udaipur : The City of Palaces, Udaipur will open up a gateway to world’s most extravagant palaces. Stay here in the most beautiful Palace, the Jag Niwas ( Lake Palace and see the Jag Mandir which looks as if coming out of the blue waters of the Lake Pichola. After lunch at the Five Star Hotel you will be taken for a visit to the City Palace. Leave the city at 17: 30 hrs.




8) Bharatpur : In the city of birding tour, Bharatpur travellers will visit the renowned Bharatpur National Park. Be ready to see the world famous Keliad Keoladeoo Ghana National Park, home to thousands of migratory birds. Keep your binoculars ready for Egrets, Siberian Cranes, migratory water fowl . Spend your day here bird watching as you see the Birds .




9) Agra : The first halt in Agra will be the red sandstone structure of Fatehpur Sikri to view the tomb of Sheikh Salim Chisti built by Mughal Emperor Akbar. This last destination of yours on board will take you one of the Seven Wonders of the World - The Tal Mahal. Built by Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved Queen Noorjahan/ Mumtaz Mahal is a marvel to see. From here you will be taken to the Agra Fort. Departure will be at 21:00 hrs.
